1. Call to Order / Establish Quorum
The meeting was called to order at 4:30 PM.
Quorum was established.

3. In-Camera Meeting
An in-camera meeting was held at 4:40 PM.
Security Upgrades
Greg Underwood motioned to seek grant funding for upgrades to the security system.
Val Smith seconded the motion.
There were none opposed.

4. Approval of Meeting Agenda
Val Smith motioned to approve the meeting agenda.

5. Approval of Meeting Minutes from November 18, 2024
Val Smith motioned to approve the meeting minutes from November 18, 2024.

6. Business / Discussion
Strategic Plan – 2025
The Board reviewed the strategic plan and discussed primary objectives for 2025.
Budget 2025
The proposed 2025 budget was presented for discussion.
Any adjustments arising from the strategic plan discussion will be incorporated before the budget is approved.
Board Work Plan
The Board discussed a proposed 2025 board work plan.
Any adjustments arising from the strategic plan and budget discussions will be incorporated before the board work plan is approved.

Greg Underwood motioned to adjourn the meeting.
Val Smith seconded the motion.
