By submitting information through this feedback form, you agree that:
- The Lardeau Valley Community Club (LVCC) may use your submission to respond to your feedback, investigate concerns, and improve services and governance.
- LVCC is under no obligation to respond to every submission.
- Submissions may be reviewed by the Board of Directors and/or Manager as part of normal operations.
- LVCC reserves the right to edit or summarize submissions for internal records while protecting your privacy.
Privacy Policy
The Lardeau Valley Community Club collects only the information you voluntarily provide through this form.
- We use this information solely to respond to your feedback and for governance purposes.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties.
- We do not retain your personal particulars (such as name or contact details) longer than necessary to address your submission. Once the matter has been responded to or resolved, identifying information is deleted.
- Anonymous submissions are accepted and encouraged.
This policy is consistent with our obligations under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) of British Columbia.
